To provide a storage capacity simulation device, easily determining whether the storage capacity of a storage is insufficient or not.

This device including an input means 2 and a display means 4 for displaying a floor plan according to data inputted by the input means 2 comprises: a first database 5 storing storage capacities on a storage product basis; a second database 6 storing a preset reference capacity of each storage; and an arithmetic processing means 3 determining, upon input of a storage product by the input means, the storage capacity of the product from the first database 5, determining the reference capacity of the corresponding storage, and comparing the reference capacity with the storage capacity to determine whether the storage capacity of the product is insufficient or not. The determination result of the arithmetic processing means 3 is displayed on the display means.
