PURPOSE: To move a storage case mechanically and electrically, by providing a storage case with a guide shaft and a slide shaft and by fixing the guide shaft to a pillar, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A guide shaft 2 is fixed to a wall or pillar by moving transversely to a fixing position while adjusted by a slide shaft 3 and a fixing shaft 4. The slide shaft 3 slides inside the guide shaft 2 so that their movements work together. When a lower switch 8 is turned on, a motor 5 rotates, and the storage case 1 descends by its weight while matching the speed of a rewound wire 7. In a certain position, a lower stop switch 12 operates, a power source for the motor 5 is turned off and the descending of the storage case is also stopped. Since a guide shaft stopper 10 and the slide shaft 9 make contact with each other, the storage case 1 stops more safely. When the upper switch of the switch 8 is turned on, the motor 5 rotates, the storage case 1 ascends to the upper set position at the speed at which the wire 7 is wound, and in response to the operation of an upper stop switch 11 the power source for the motor 5 is turned off and the storage case 1 also stops.
