Abstract:

PURPOSE: To permit the utilization in a narrow space by reducing the dimension in the axial direction of a drive power speed change device which utilizes a harmonic drive speed change gear.
CONSTITUTION: A communication hole 32 is formed on the side wall of a flex spline 3, and an input shaft 2 is arranged, and in the flex spline 3, the revolution of the input shaft 2 is transmitted to an element other than the flex spline 3 of a harmonic drive speed change mechanism by a pair of bevel gears 21 and 41, and the speed change revolution torque based on the difference of the number of teeth between the flex spline 3 and a circular spline 6 is taken out from one of the rest elements. The flex spline 3 is fixed, and the bevel gear 41 of a following member is integrally formed with a wave generator 5, and the circular spline 6 is formed integrally with an output member 7, and a strain detector 12 and a revolution angle sensor 9 are arranged on an outer case 1B.
