In a storage system comprising the storage control device 40 being connected with a plurality of high order devices 10-30 through a fiber channel 70 and a subordinate disk array device 50, there is arranged an access control table 90 for setting an accessible time zone to a specific logical unit(LU) in the disk array device 50 of an individual high order device (N-Port-Name) in the storage control device 40. When a command of access requirement has been received from the high order devices 10-30, the storage control device 40 compares the time receiving the N-Port-Name and command accompanying the command with the setting contents of the access control table 90. When matched, (if the access time is within an accessible time zone), command processing is executed. When not matched, the processing is rejected.
