Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device having a simple structure and capable of easily guarding wire. SOLUTION: A storage device is provided with a hollow cylindrical storage cylinder 2 in which a porous vent cylinder 21 is arranged on the outer periphery and feeding rollers 4 are provided on an inlet on the axial end in the center axial position, an exhaust jacket 3 so provided as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the storage cylinder 2, driving mechanisms 6, 7, 9, 10 for normally and reversely rotating the storage cylinder 2 around the center axis and for advancing and retreating it in the axial direction, a hollow wire guide pipe 50 so fixed as to be extended along the position of the center axis of the storage cylinder 2, and an installation roller 53 attached to the wire guide pipe 50 through an arm and arranged close to the inner peripheral part of the storage cylinder 2. The wire 1 is sucked and held, as a loop whose winding direction is to be changed for each winding, to the inner surface of the porous vent cylinder 21 of the storage cylinder 2.
