Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten the time required for scan check of control storages.

CONSTITUTION: Addresses are individually supplied to control storages 1 and 2 by address registers 3 to 6 and counters 7 and 8. Scan check of control storages 1 and 2 are executed independently of each other with these supplied addresses by one-bit error detecting circuits 15 and 16 and one-bit error correcting circuits 17 and 18.
