PURPOSE: To make a storage device small in size and compact in constitution by connecting a bit line as a power supply line through two diodes to store information in a storage circuit and to read to the bit line.
CONSTITUTION: The power source connecting terminal TS1 of a storage circuit Uij is connected to bit lines LBi and WLBi through the diodes Dij and WDij, respectively and, therefore, one end of parastic capacities C1 and C2 equivalently connected to connecting mid-points N1 and N2 of the storage circuit Uij are connected to the bit lines LBi and WLBi through loads M1 and M2 and, further, diodes Dij and WDij, respectively. On the other hand, either one of information Bi and WBi given to the bit lines LBi and WLBi is always displayed as a binary code and always obtains the form of "1". When the one is information Bi, the information binary displayed in the form of "1" is given to the power source connecting terminal TS1 of the storage circuit Uij through the diode Dij, because a forward bias is given to the diode Dij.
