To transfer some or all of negotiable values of a storage medium being played to another storage medium for issuing.
A storage medium processor includes: a means of designating a transfer negotiable value to be transferred between game players; a means of discharging a first storage medium to the outside based on an instruction when receiving the first storage medium, receiving a second storage medium, performing information processing of the second storage medium, and then discharging the second storage medium to the outside; a means of discharging the second storage medium to the outside and then receiving the first storage medium discharged to the outside again; a means of correlating the transfer negotiable value with the second storage medium; and a means of correlating a remaining negotiable value obtained by subtracting the transfer negotiable value from an initial negotiable value corresponding to the first storage medium to the first storage medium when receiving the first storage medium again.
