The storage rack device comprises a rack part 3 in which a plurality of ampoule containers S can be stored in row in the longitudinal direction, an urging means 9 to urge the entire ampoule containers S in row forwardly, a straight moving member 8 which is moved in response to the movement of the ampoule container S located at the last end of the row, a conversion means 10 to convert the displacement of the straight movement of the straight moving member 8 into the displacement of the rotational movement, a rotational angle detection means 11 to detect the displacement of the rotational movement, and a counting means to obtain the storage number of the ampoule containers S in the row based on the output signal from the rotational angle detection means 11.
