Abstract:

To provide a storage structure for a house, which allows the operator to easily and quickly take in firewood as fuel and to dispose of burnt ashes while staying in a room without going out of the room.

The storage structure is formed of an upper storage chamber 9 serving as a firewood storage site and a lower storage chamber 11 serving as a temporary storage site for burnt ashes, which are divided into upper and lower divisions by a skeleton wall 7 of the room 5 equipped with a firewood stove or a fire place 3. The upper storage chamber 9 is opened at least on the inside of the room, has an openable door 19 on the outside facing the outdoors, and therefore the firewood 15 carried in from the outside can be taken out on the inside of the room. The lower storage chamber 11 has openable doors 21, 23 on both the inside and outside of the room, and the burnt ashes disposed of from the inside of the room can be thrown away on the outside.
