In storing the tall load, pawls 36, 42, 48 on respective panels 34, 40, 46 (hereinafter referred to as 'each panel 34') are inserted into grooves 22, 28, 30 (hereinafter referred to as 'groove 22') formed in side walls 14, 18, 20 (hereinafter referred to as 'side wall 14') of a case body 12 to increase the height of the side wall 14, thereby storing the load stably. In storing the long load from the luggage compartment to the passenger compartment through an opening, each panel 34 is drawn from the groove 22 and stored in the case body 12, thereby storing the long load from the luggage compartment to the passenger compartment because the side wall 14 of the case body 12 does not block the opening.
