Of both end parts 14a and 14b of the suspending ropes 14, one end part 14a side is supported on the winding drum 18 and the other end part 14b side is supported on a connecting part 19 of the storing platform 1. By delivering the suspending ropes 14 by the winding drum 18, as the rope operating mechanisms 13 approach the rope supporting members 12, the connecting part 19 of the storing platform 1 approaches and as the rope operating mechanisms 13 are separated from the rope supporting members 12, the connecting part 19 of the storing platform 1 is separated.
