PURPOSE: To broadcast a CM program with a simple constitution and a simple operation by providing a memory device for a CM program from a reproducing device, reading out a CM program according to a broadcasting list, and broadcasting it.

CONSTITUTION: A memory device 21 inputs reproduced signals from plural reproducing devices 20-1,...20-n, and stores them. A CM bank control device 22 inputs time information and discrimination information of programs recorded in a recording medium. A memory controller 24 generates an address in the memory device 21 of a program of input information from the CM bank control device 22, while makes the memory device 21 store a program based on address data. Thereby, the system and the device can be constituted by using a semiconductor memory and the like instead of the conventional switcher, and miniaturization, reducing manufacturing cost, simplifying operation and automation of the device can be performed.
