The heating device for the stove for heating and cooking food by using charcoal fire and superheated steam includes: a heater body 1 made of a metal plate having a charcoal receiving plate 12 on a bottom end of an open-top cylindrical trunk 10 and a combustion chamber 13 formed inside the trunk; and a water vapor heating cylinder 2 with open top and bottom ends, arranged in an approximately center inside the combustion chamber so as to stand perpendicularly from the charcoal receiving plate, for heating a water vapor 40 introduced from a bottom end opening. A water vapor guiding part is formed in the bottom end opening of the heating cylinder, the water vapor generated on a bottom side is successively guided and introduced into the heating cylinder, the vapor is made into superheated steam by heating with the heat of the charcoal fire in the combustion chamber at 300 to 400°C and discharged from a top end opening.
