Abstract:
To provide a straightness measuring device capable of measuring straightness with high resolution.SOLUTION: The straightness measuring device comprises: a laser light source emitting laser light; a first prism placed so as to move along a measurement target object for which straightness is measured and, when the laser light is made incident thereon, parallelly reflecting the laser light in a 180-degree direction to the incident direction at a predetermined distance to the laser light; and an optical position sensor for detecting an incident position of the laser light reflected by the first prism. The incident position of the laser light is detected by the optical position sensor while moving the first prism along the measurement target object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
