Abstract:
To prevent the adhesion of grease to a strain gauge.SOLUTION: A wave gear device 20 rotates integrally with an input member 10 with a center shaft 9 as a center. A flexible outer tooth gear 30 comprises a flank part 31, outer teeth, a diaphragm part 33 and a fixed part 34. The flank part is arranged outside a wave motion generator, and warped into a non-circular shape by the wave motion generator. The outer teeth are arranged at an external peripheral face of the flank part in an axial direction. The diaphragm part is expanded to the outside of the flank part in a radial direction from the other side in the axial direction. The fixed part is expanded to the outside of the diaphragm part in the radial direction from an end part at the outside in the radial direction. An inner tooth gear is arranged outside the flank part in the radial direction, and has inner teeth partially engaged with the outer teeth at an internal peripheral face. A housing is fixed to the fixed part from the other side in the axial direction. Either of the inner tooth gear 40 and the flexible outer tooth gear is fixed, and the other rotates with the center shaft as a center. A seal member 60 is arranged between the diaphragm part and the housing, or between the end part of the flank part in the axial direction and the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
