The cellular phone is attached with the strap having a pullout prevention device with the thickness of not less than approximately 10 mm and not more than approximately 30 mm in its tip or in the vicinity thereof. The pullout prevention device is disposed from the upper part of a belt which the user puts on around a pair of pants or a skirt to a part lower than the lower end of the belt so that the pullout prevention device is caught to the lower end of the belt and prevented from being pulled out.
