To raise the illuminance of a subject in micro photographing by a solid-state imaging unit mounted on a portable electronic apparatus.

The portable electronic apparatus is constituted to include an operating part and a display part arranged on one surface of a frame body 1, the opening part 4 of the solid-state imaging unit mounted inside arranged on the other surface; and a macro lens 21 attached to the tip end part of a strap 24. The macro lens 21 is attachable to the opening part 4, where a coming-off preventing means is arranged. The macro lens 21 includes an illumination means consisting of a ring shape member 22 to enclose the circumference. Light storage substance is applied on the front surface of the ring shape member 22 as the illumination means or the ring shape member contains a fluorescent pigment. In the latter case, illuminance is raised, by allowing the light of the display part to be guided by the ring shape member through the use of a light guiding member.
