PURPOSE: To provide a strap for a ski stock easy to use, giving no stress to the root of a thumb, and having high safety.

CONSTITUTION: A buckle 4 and one end 3a of a strap 3 are fixed at the upper end of the grip section 2 of a ski stock, a through hole 6 to be inserted with the free end 3b side of the strap 3 is provided on the buckle 4, and removable fasteners 8, 9 removed at the time of an overturn are provided at the base section of the strap 3 and the corresponding position at the tip. The fasteners 8, 9 are made of a Velcro tape(R).
