To simplify the attachment/detachment of strap and to surely attach it to a support by providing a hole part for inserting an attachment member having a belt body connected annually and a lock member for detachably locking the both ends of the connecting member mutually in the connecting member.
A strap body 24 of an attachment member 12 is inserted in a hole part 36 of a connecting member 16, a support such as a cane is inserted in a second annular part 25 formed on the strap body 24. Secondly, the connecting member 16 is approached to the support and the diameter of the annular part of the second annular part 25 is miniaturized so as to be temporarily fixed to the support. Thirdly, the plane part 34 and the opposite half of the connecting member 16 are wound around the support and the rest half is stackedly wound around the wound connecting member 16. Then, the male element and the female element 32 of hook-and-loop fasteners 26, 28 are mutually engaged with each other and the strap 10 is fixed to the support regularly. When no strap 10 is needed or the strap 10 is detached from the support and the plane part 34 of the connecting member 16 is held and raised up by fingers, the engagement between the male element 30 and the female element 32 is easily released to detach the strap.
