Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase the noise removal function by catching the picture image of a stray light detecting position in electronic equipment with a high sensitive light receiving device and then applying image processing thereto remove an undesired stray signal component in an image signal with an image pick-up type filter.
CONSTITUTION: An object image passes through an object lens 21 to be focused on a photoelectric surface 22a, and electrons multiplied in accordance with the brightness of the image are incident upon a fluorescent surface 22c through an incident window 22d to again to optical image. Then an image on the surface 22c is led to a light receiving element 24 through an output window 22e and a relay lens 23 to be converted into an image signal in an image processing circuit 34. The output signal of the circuit 25 is inputted to the image pick-up type filter to be converted into an optical image through an image display device 29 and then converted into an image signal in an image processing circuit 34 through a light receiving element 33. Undesired stray light signal component are removed from the image signal output, thereby allowing a comparator circuit at the next stage to stably operate. Thereby, a stray light detection system which excels in the noise removal function can be obtained.
