PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that it is expensive to meet a need of accurately process a thin and long projection part in processing a projection part of a streaking member for streaking a sheet.SOLUTION: In a streaking device, a projection part is constituted of a first blade member 321 and second blade members 322, 323 positioned on both sides of the first blade member.
