Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when information at the time of scene switching is found from data including encoded voices and dynamic image data and reproduction, fast forwarding and editing operation are performed, a change point cannot be detected without decoding the encoded voice data, and a processing load is made high.
SOLUTION: In a multi-stream data editing method and its device, the change point of the voice data is detected by analyzing voice spectrum data and a window type used in encoding from multi-stream data including the encoded voice data, and then editing of dynamic images and voices can be performed on the basis of the detected change point.
