Title:
STRESS MEASUREMENT DEVICE OF RAIL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3944300
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress measurement device of rail, which is attached to, and removed from, the rail easily and which obtains a measured result of good reproducibility.
SOLUTION: When a sensor 30 is inserted into the holder 5 of a device 1, the sensor 30 is set to a state that it protrudes from the opening on the side of a rail 50 of the holder 5 by a spring 16 for sensor mounting. Then, both arms 2, 3 are opened against the urging force of springs 4, 4 for rail sandwiching so as to be covered from the upper part of the rail 50. Both arms 2, 3 are closed in a state that respective contact parts 8, 9, 10 are brought into contact with the prescribed face of the rail 50. Then, both arms 2, 3 are set in a state that they are pressed strongly to the rail 50 by the urging force of the springs 4, 4 for rail sandwiching. The sensor face 31 of the sensor 30 is set in a state that it is pressed to a rail belly part 54 via a case 32 by the spring 16 for sensor pressure. As a result, the posture of the sensor face 31 with reference to the rail belly part 54 is not changed in every measurement, and a measured result of good reproducibility can be obtained.
