Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the improvement of the self-bonding properties, thrusting resistance and impact resistance of a film by a method wherein an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing a specified amount of polybutene and an enthylene-α-olefin copolymer having predetermined characteristics are laminated to each other.
SOLUTION: An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as the component of a first layer contains 3-10wt.% of polybutene. An ethylene-α-olefin copolymer as a second layer has a density of 0.880-0.960g/cm3, a melt flow rate at 190°C under the load of 2.16kg of 0.01-200g/10min and a melt flow rate ratio between the melt flow rate at 190°C under the load of 2.16kg and that at 190°C under the load of 21.6kg of 10-20, a molecular weight distribution of 2.0-4.0 and the standard deviation of elution amount to elution temperature obtained by TREF is 17 or less. Thus, an optimum self-bonding properties, thrusting resistance and impact resistance are obtained.
