PURPOSE: To obtain a disposable diaper excellent in fitness and moisture permeability and good in touch by specifing the elastic stress and recovery ratio at the time of the relaxation of stress in the stretchable direction of a composite sheet obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric to at least the single surface of a stretchable polyurethane film.
CONSTITUTION: The exterior member of a diaper is constituted of an intermediate sheet 21, a side sheet 16 composed of a composite sheet having stretching elastic characteristics and an outermost layer sheet 4 composed of a non-stretchable and laterally stretchable nonwoven fabric. The side sheet 16 having stretching elastic characteristics is obtained by laminating a non- stretchable and laterally stretchable nonwoven fabric to at least the single surface of a non-porous stretchable polyurethane film with moisture permeability of 2000-6000g/m2.24hr. The elastic stress at the time of 50% elongation in the stretchable direction of the composite sheet is 300g/25mm width or less and the recovery ratio at the time of the relaxation of stress thereof is 80% or more.
