To provide a stretched laminate manufactured by stretching a laminate including a thermoplastic resin layer comprising a polyamide resin, an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer or the like and an adhesive polymer composition layer excellent in the heat fusion properties with the thermoplastic resin layer especially under a high temperature atmosphere.

The stretched laminate is obtained by at least uniaxially stretching the laminate comprising the adhesive polymer composition layer, which comprises a modified polyester elastomer obtained by modifying a saturated polyester thermoplastic elastomer with a content of a polyalkylene ether glycol segment of 58-78 wt.% with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof in the presence of a radical forming agent, and a gas barrier resin layer comprising the polyamide resin or the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer by 15-50 times in an area ratio.
