Abstract:

To provide a stringing method of an SMA, a manufacturing method of an SMA actuator, the SMA actuator, and a manufacturing device of the SMA actuator which can reduce a cut remaining of the SMA and do not require consideration on durability of a blade for cutting and an insertion space of the blade.

An unnecessary part of a drive member is fused by applying a current after the drive member formed of the SMA is stringed between a moving part and a drive member support part. Thus, a projection part as the cut remaining of the SMA can be reduced. In addition, by fusing, consideration on the durability of the blade for cutting and the space for inserting the blade for cutting become unnecessary, and a size of the manufacturing device of the SMA actuator can be reduced. In this way, the stringing method of the SMA, the manufacturing method of the SMA actuator, the SMA actuator, and the manufacturing device of the SMA actuator can be provided.
