Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lightweight structural panel with a high strength.
CONSTITUTION: Two or more layers of structural plates 3 (3a, 3b) are interposed between a surface plate and a back plate, and they are laminated and integrated together. In each structural plate 3, the plate face of a thin steel plate is partitioned into equilateral hexagons by rough and close arrangement, and equilateral hexagonal protruding parts 4 (4a, 4b) raised on one surface in the same rising height are formed within each partition D. In the lamination, the protruding parts 4a, 4b are mutually butted, and the protruding part 4a of one structural plate 3a is evenly straddled over three protruding parts 4b, 4b, 4b of the other structural plate 3b and superposed thereon. By using the structural plate 3, bending strength is enhanced, and the centralized load is dispersed to enhance the face strength.
