Title:
STRUCTURE FOR ATTACHING VENTILATION PORT MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3161647
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To bring a ventilation port member into a firm contact with the surface of ceiling by a method wherein an inclined surface is formed on the ventilation port member to be in contact with a bottom plate to which a ventilation chamber is mounted, so that a force upwardly pushing the ventilation port member and a force downwardly pushing the bottom plate are generated by the resilience of the inclined surface of the ventilation port member.
CONSTITUTION: A ventilation port 13 comprises a ventilation port member 14 made from synthetic resin. Next a cylindrical portion 14 is formed in the member 14, and the member 14 is inserted into a through hole 16 provided in the ceiling surface 4 through a bottom plate 17. And the plate 17 also is made from synthetic resin and a cylindrical portion 18 is formed in the plate 17 corresponding to the portion 15 of the member 14. And an inclined surface 27 is formed on at least one portion of the member 14 to be in contact with the plate 17. When the member 14 is fitted into the hole 16, a force pushing up the member 14 and a force pushing down the plate 17, as a reaction force, are exerted on the inclined surface 27. As a result, the member 14 is brought into a firm contact with the ceiling surface 4, thereby leaving no gap therebetween.
