To provide a material securing strength and durability while maintaining lightweight property, air permeability and water permeability as a structure base material such as an earthen floor concrete base material in road bed or building, further, providing appropriate fire resistant characteristic and molderability and being adaptive to global environmental conservation.
This material is obtained by adding and mixing 130-180 pts.vol. paste prepared by adding and adjusting hydraulic inorganic powder such as cement, inorganic powder such as fly ash or pulp sludge fired ash, formite mineral powder, water and a foaming agent into 1000 pts.vol. the granular material of foamed styrol or foamed urethane and then, coagulating, molding and hardening the mixture.
