To provide a structure of an opening/closing body equipped with an obstacle sensor, which facilitates the removal of an obstacle caught in the opening/closing body, after a shutter is stopped by sensing the obstacle.

In this structure of the opening/closing body 4 equipped with the obstacle sensor 1, during the closing motion of the opening/closing body 4, a sensing piece 16, which is provided at the closing-motion-direction leading end of the opening/closing body 4, abuts on the obstacle, so that an anti-closing-direction movable state of the sensing piece 16 can be sensed for the stop of the closing motion of the opening/closing body 4. The opening/closing body 4 is provided with a swing part 45 which enables the leading-end side of the opening/closing body 4 to be turned to at least either of the front and back sides of the opening/closing body, after the sensing piece 16 can be moved.
