In order to bring the outermost shape part 6a of a bottom board 6 of the movement 5 close to the shell 1 to the utmost, and in order to bring an end face of the male screw 2a of the glass edge 2 into direct contact with the surface of the bottom plate 6, a dial plate 4 is so structured as to be housed in a male screw recessed part 2c formed in the male screw 2a. When the exterior is miniaturized, an interfering female screw part 1b of the shell 1 is so cut as to set a dimension allowing the outermost shape 6a to flatly interfere with the female screw 1b.
