The structure of chain case for a saddle riding type vehicle, includes: a drive sprocket 3 for outputting a drive force from a power source; a driven sprocket 4 connected to a rear wheel; the drive chain 5 wound between the drive sprocket 3 and the driven sprocket 4 and transmitting the drive force of the drive sprocket 3 to the driven sprocket 4; and the resin chain case 10 for covering the drive chain 5. In the structure of chain case for a saddle riding type vehicle, an oil non-permeative part 20 that prevents the chain case 10 from being permeated with oil is provided in an inner surface of the chain case 10.
