Title:
STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING BOARD TO TERMINAL BLOCK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3647971
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a board to a terminal block, in which mechanical stresses are unlikely to be applied to the board placed on the terminal block and peeling of the portion where terminals are connected to the board is unlikely to occur.
SOLUTION: A plurality of terminals 1, 2 are driven into a terminal block 3, and a board 4 is soldered to the terminals 1, 2. A stanchion 31 is provided on the terminal block 3 and in a position distant from the terminals 1, 2, and the board 4 is supported at three points, i.e., the stanchion 31 and the two outer terminals 2. Each of the two outer terminals 2 has a step 21 which can support the board 4. The board 4 is secured to the terminal block 3 by a screw 5 provided inside an area in the form of a triangle connecting the two outer terminals 2 and the stanchion 31.
