Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such adverse effect as vibration developed at die opening time, in a casting machine provided with a molten metal supplying tube connected with a machine sleeve.
SOLUTION: In the case of connecting the molten metal supplying tube 6 with the machine sleeve 4 in a die casting machine 1, a ceramic ring 11 is assembled with a lower wall surface part at the base end side of the machine sleeve 4, and on the other hand, a ceramic connecting hole 12 is arranged at the end part of the molten metal supplying tube 6, and the connecting surfaces of both are mirror-finished and both surfaces are brought into close contact with each other and also, the both are connected by pressure-contact with a spring 13 to absorb the vibration developed when the dies 2 are opened, etc.
