Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a structure of a small electromagnetic circuit while insulating a primary circuit from a secondary circuit.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic circuit comprises a coil layer 10 formed with multilayers of a plurality of planar coils with a spiral shape conductor pattern, a wiring layer 20 for an electronic circuit, placed on top of this coil layer, a shield layer 30 provided between this coil layer and the wiring layer, and a core 40 forming a magnetic circuit for this coil layer.
