PURPOSE: To enhance the performance at the bent part of cables/hoses for following up the turning operation of a turning frame caused by the operation of a turning section.

CONSTITUTION: A fixed frame having an annular wall face 13 is provided at a fixed section. A turning section 3 is provided with a turning frame 16 having an annular wall face 19. Stripe hose groups G1, G2 are housed in an annular space S2 defined by the fixed frame 9 and the turning frame 16 while being bent at a predetermined curvature so that bent parts C1, C2 are formed between both wall faces 13, 19. The stripe hose groups G1, G2 are coupled, at one ends thereof, with the fixed frame 9 and, at the other ends thereof, with the turning frame 16. When the turning section 3 operates to turn the turning frame 16, the bent parts C1, C2 follow up the turning frame 16 and move in the turning direction. The wall faces 13, 19, with which the hose groups G1, G2 come into contact, are applied with nonslip members 29, 30 having a coefficient of friction larger than that of the wall faces 13, 19 in order to prevent the hose groups G1, G2 against slipping when the turning frame 16 turns.
