Abstract:
To provide a structure formation method and a structure formation system ensuring strength.SOLUTION: A 3D printer comprises a control part, and forms an outer shape body part of a structure laminated by piling up layers formed by mortar discharged from each nozzle while moving each nozzle. The outer shape body part comprises each side part formed by integrating the mortar discharged from the nozzle moving a passage C11 and the mortar discharged from the nozzle moving on a passage C12 running parallel to the passage C11. The control part moves the nozzles along the new passages C11, C12 gathered at a gather width α in accordance with the production error of each side part with respect to the design width w1 of each side part. In this case, the mortar discharged while moving each nozzle is pushed out in the design width w1 of each side part so as to be integrated with the mortar discharged first.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
