Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a structure of internal pressure water inlet and outlet capable of cooling at a uniform cooling speed by providing a guide plate for directing a water stream in a predetermined direction inside the inlet and outlet for heating or cooling to a cavity of braider, thereby retaining the vulcanizing temperature of a large-sized tire.

CONSTITUTION: A guide plate 23 is provided at the position faced with an inlet 21 and an outlet 22 inside the inlet 21 and the outlet 22 for internal pressure water, thereby producing agitating action for the introduced internal pressure water to retain the temperature in the braider uniformly. When high pressure coolant is particularly fed, the guide plate 23 is directed upwardly to introduce the coolant along the inner surface of the braider, thereby accelerating the exhaust of the remaining high temperature water and also accelerating the temperature fall of the upper half of the vulcanized tire, and shortening the cooling time of the tire.
