A drain mat 60, which has compression resistance in the direction of layer thickness and is formed by holding the upper face and lower face of an intermediate layer internally having a water passing space for moving water along the plane direction inside the layer with nonwoven fabric, is spread under the water permeable layer 70. A culvert 20 for drain, which is surrounded by single grained crushed stone 40 and is not branched, is laid under the drain mat 60. The surface layer 80 is made into lawn layer, the permeable layer 70 is made into sand layer mixing clayey soil, and the intermediate layer is formed by entangling the filaments of chemical fibers. For such a drain mat 60, the 'ENKADOREN (R)' of Nippon Zeon Co., Lt., on the market can be used.
