PURPOSE: To unify both a first member and a second member mutually fitted while forming a fine clearance under the state, in which both members are aligned with high accuracy, by mutually aligning the first member and the second member by a large number of granular bodies having approximately the gain size as the clearance interposed in the clearances of both members.

CONSTITUTION: In a rotor 1, a wheel 12 is fitted onto the outer circumference of a rotor shaft 11, a pair of ring-shaped magnets 13 are fitted onto the outer circumference of the wheel 12 under the state, in which fine clearances S are formed, and the wheel 12 and the magnets 13 are unified by thermosetting adhesives 14 filled into the clearances S while being aligned by granular bodies 15 interposed in the clearances S. The maximum value of the clearances S is set so as to be approximately equalized with the minimum grain size of the granular bodies 15 at that time, and a large number of the granular bodies 15 are dispersed extending over the whole in the circumferential direction and axial direction of the clearances S. Accordingly, even when the viscosity of adhesives 14 is lowered temporarily when adhesives 14 are thermoset, the tilting and eccentricity of the ring blank of the magnets 13 to the wheel 12 is prevented by the granular blodies 15, thus aligning the wheel 12 and the magnets 13 with high accuracy.
