A structure for mounting a wooden deck used for mounting the wooden deck 2 to a base member 1, and including a mounting member 10 composed of a stud bolt 12 and a plate-like member 14 fixed to an end of the stud bolt and having an adhesion area larger than a cross-sectional area of the stud bolt 12 is structured such that the mounting member 10 is stuck to the base material 1 using an adhesive 20; a nut 30 is screwed to the stud bolt 12 through a washer 32 while the stud bolt 12 is inserted in a mounting hole 3 of the wooden deck 2; and the wooden deck 2 is sandwiched between the base material 1 and the nut 30 through the washer 32 to be fixed.
