PURPOSE: To prevent the electrification of a flexible substrate with static electricity via screws from the outside of an apparatus and the consequent breakdown of circuits with the simple constitution in the structure for mounting external members which screws these external members to an apparatus body by interposing the flexible substrate or metallic plate.

CONSTITUTION: This structure for mounting the external members of the apparatus is constituted to co-fasten the metallic plate 3 and the flexible substrate 4 to a mold member 5 by arranging the metallic plate 3 to the apparatus body which is the mold member 5, arranging the flexible substrate 4 on the metallic plate 3 and screwing the external members 2 to the mold member 5. Seats 5a enclosing screws 1 are formed on either one of the external members 2 or the mold member 5 to insulate the metallic plate 3 and the screws 1. The breakdown of the electrical circuits by the static electricity flying from the joints of the screws fastening the external members 2 and the external members to each other is thus prevented.
