A wire frame 12 as a seat frame is molded unitedly with a pad material 13 to have a portion exposed from the pad material 13 and a portion embedded in the pad material 13. A hook member 21 at the end part 15a side of a skin material 15 is formed of a flexible first member secured fixedly to the skin material 15 side and a second member molded unitedly with the first member and made of a flexible synthetic resin. One and 31a of a seat-like connecting member 31 is secured fixedly to the exposed portion of the wire frame 12 to mount the connecting member 31 to the rear surface of the pad material 13.
