Abstract:
PURPOSE: To curtail a cost of construction and improve efficiency of execution work by strengthening rigidity of dwelling units of at least one row to be successively piled up vertically more than that of the dwelling units of other rows and making the row of the dwelling units the rigidity of which is strengthened bear a horizontal load.
CONSTITUTION: Rigidity of dwelling units 10A of plural rows along the vertical direction among the dwelling units 10 is strengthened more than that of other dwelling units. The rows R of the dwelling units 10A the rigidity of which is strengthened are arranged in approximate line-symmetry about the center line L1 extending to the ridge direction of a building and about the center line L2 extending to the span direction as well. As a result, the structure of a multi-storied building hard to generate torsion against external force such as the wind can be provided.
