Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the costs for constructing the whole building by giving at least two rows of dwelling units, placed one over another in continuity, a rigidity greater than that of other rows of dwelling units, and coupling lying beams at the top and bottom of each row of dwelling units.
CONSTITUTION: Dwelling units 10 are arranged at the first floor of a building to be constructed in rows fore and aft and to the left and right, and on each of these dwelling units 10, ones 10 for over-floors are put one over another, and adjoining ones fore and aft, to the left and right, and over and under, are consolidated together. Among them at least two rows of dwelling units 10A are given a higher rigidity than the other dwelling units 10. For a plurality of floors in lump, lying beams 30, 31... to tie the top and bottom of the rosy of dwelling units 10A are installed. At least the ones 10A of those units arranged at the first floor are joined with the under-situated foundation 20 rigidly. These dwelling units 10A with enhanced rigidity are placed one over another at each corner of the building so as to bear the load in the horizontal direction.
