Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reduction gear maintaining a specified strength without increasing the thickness of a flange and free from oil leakage even if planetary pin holes (shaft supporting holes) on the speed reduction gear side and connection hole forming positions for a mate machine interfere with each other.
SOLUTION: A planet gear 14 is supported by a planetary pin 30 supported by the planetary pin hole (shaft supporting hole) 24D (24D1 to 24D3). The planetary pin holes 24D1 to 24D3 are formed three pieces in the peripheral direction of a body plate 24A, and connection holes 24F (24F1 to 24F8) to the mate machine are formed 8 pieces. Since if the distance between each hole forming position and a shaft center is nearly equal to each other, interference with a part of each hole cannot be avoided, in a practical embodiment of this invention, a pair of forming positions (24D1 and 24F1) are daringly made the same as each other, and an O-ring 32 is arranged between the planetary pin 30 and the internal periphery of the planetary pin hole 24D1.
