A head part 3b with an approximately bowl-shaped cross section of the stepped bolt-shaped pivot 3 is attached to a spot facing hole 6 of a blade body 1 as a movable blade, and a rectangular part 3c of the pivot is fitted in a rectangular hole 7 of a blade body 2 as a stationary blade to prevent the rotation of the blade body 2. A resin elastic body 11 is inserted into a threaded part 3a of the pivot 3 projecting from the blade body 2, and a washer 12 is inserted on the outside of the elastic body into the screw part. The elastic body 11 projects from the washer 12 in the normal state, but the elastic body 11 is crushed and pressed on the blade body 2 and the pivot 3, etc., when a nut 5 is screwed till the elastic body 11 is flush with the washer 12, and the elastic body is integrated with the blade body 2 and the pivot 3, etc. Accordingly, the decline in the sharpness caused by the blade body 2 opened from the edge 1 while the scissors are opened/closed can be prevented.
