Abstract:

To surely prevent the looseness of a bayonet by arranging one or more of grooves in the radial direction on the circular direction of the spiral engaging surface at either one in an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder and fitting projection having elasticity inserted into the groove in the radial direction on the other engaging surface.

A refractory 22 sticking mortar 29 on the surface is fitted to a tapered opening hole part 21. Successively, the fastening plate 18 of a fastening metallic material 15 is inserted into a removing metallic material 14 through a fastening plate inserting groove 17. Thereafter, the second spiral engaging surface 18a of the fastening plate 18 is engaged with the first spiral engaging surface 16a of a receiving plate 16 by grasping a handle 23 and turning the fastening metallic material 15 to the receiving metallic material 14 in a prescribed turning direction. The pushing surface 20 of the fastening metallic material 15 to the refractory is gradually risen by engaging these spiral engaging surfaces 16a, 18a and the refractory 22 is intensely pressurized and fixed to the tapered opening hole part 21.
